BG Frigi-Quiet Application & Injector Tool
BG Frigi-Quiet is designed to be added directly to the A/C compressor using the BG Mechanical Additive Injector Tool. The injector allows the product to be introduced into the A/C system through the low-pressure side of the compressor using the appropriate adapter.
How It Works
The required amount of BG Frigi-Quiet is loaded into the BG Mechanical Additive Injector Tool. The tool is then connected to the vehicle's low-pressure A/C service port using the correct adapter. With the vehicle running and the A/C operating at maximum cooling and highest blower speed, the injector handle is rotated to introduce Frigi-Quiet into the system.
Basic Application Steps
- Load the Product – Add the required amount of BG Frigi-Quiet to the BG Mechanical Additive Injector Tool. Turn the screw handle until oil is visible at the end of the outlet hose.
- Run the A/C – Start the vehicle and operate the A/C at maximum cold with the blower on its highest setting.
- Connect the Injector – Select the correct adapter and connect the BG Mechanical Additive Injector Tool to the vehicle's low-pressure A/C service port.
- Inject Frigi-Quiet – Rotate the injector handle clockwise to introduce the product into the A/C system.
- Disconnect – Once the injector piston is fully depressed, disconnect the BG Mechanical Additive Injector Tool from the compressor's low-pressure side.
